Thinnerline Circle Cutter....

I now know several people that own one, they all say it cuts great circles. However it is a lot of trial and error to get the right size apparently. The scale on the device is neither accurate nor very repeatable. So I would tend to cut circles out of scrape paper or something until you get the size where you want it.
 
It looks very awkward. I use a pair of good dividers that I sharpen one leg to a chisel point parallel with the direction of motion. I set it between the points of a digital caliper and get very accurate circles from it. You have to rotate it slowly and carefully since the chisel edge sometimes wants to wander a bit. So it's several light passes and then the pieces can be broken out. I use this for styrene and ABS sheet.
