Westland Whirlwind fighter vids

The first clip shows both the Indian pilots to serve with 263 squadron, Sgts. Thyagarajan and Ramamurphy. They didn't get along, supposedly due to religious differences, and were posted to A and B flights respectively, to keep them apart! They transferred together to 286 Squadron in May 1943, no idea how they were dealt with there :).

In the second clip we see P7048, one of the few Whirlwinds to have a post war career. It was registered as G-AGOI by Westlands and finally scrapped in 1947 or 1951 depending who you believe (my money is on 1951).
