That's odd, the pic comes up for me, from the link. I'm very late responding to this (again) - had a bad health scare, now I have degraded vision in my dominant eye which makes it even harder to make out the details in these photos. Old age...No pics in your link
The Army pilots who flew it agreed with you.Manifold Pressure, left and right? What a poorly laid out instrument panel! Accident looking for a place to happen. Designed for manufacturer's convenience, not aircrew safety. Maybe they just didn't have a two needle MAP gauge handy when they were hooking up this "test" panel. Can't believe they would go into production with a hodge podge panel like that.
