ww2 U.S. Douglas fuel tanks

I'm new here so I'm wondering if anyone can tell me more about these tanks, I've had them for about forty years, they've been buried in my storage and finally I would like to learn something about them, thanks in advance for any information

They look like auxiliary or long range fuel tanks that would go inside a bomb bay to extend range.

Are they 6.5 gallons or 65 gallons?

part number as in manual
