Known authentic Vet bring-back by a family member (Navy Sea Bee). This is a hastily removed Navy flag or pennant from a smaller craft after a sharp combat patrol action. Same incident resulting in the diary capture shown under my other Post. No other details available. Good characters that someone should be able to translate. It's been framed with correct archival protective glass and matting for decades. The strange shadows and reflections are due to the cloth being under glass.
