Hello, this propeller was brought up in a French fisherman's net off the coast of Normandy in 1996. I'd love to know what plane it came from. It is fully intact but bent most likely due to rotation at impact?? I'm a career (32yrs and counting) Air Force fighter pilot so it's found a good home regardless. It's approx 26CM across at widest point and the blade is about 155-156cm long not including hub. Any help is greatly appreciated.

It's a German prop blade. There should be numbers on the bottom of the hub which could help to ID it further.

Thanks. Where on the hub exactly...on the side at bottom or underneath? I saw another thread with similar looking hub...he-111 was most likely plane.
