I think that Squadron are the sole distributor for Xtracylic and Xtracolor (enamel) paints in the USA, or they were when I last asked Hannant's, on behalf of a US member, some time ago. If no luck, the you can order direct from Hannant's in the UK - it seems the shipping restriction problems have been resolved.

I bought some xtracolor enamels from Rolls Models (Roll Models for Plastic Models and all Related Items!). They do list the acrylics.
