I am pretty sure the PNCLA is the abbreviation for Pensacola. I thought it might be out of a T-2, but it isn't.

Looks like you have a Grumman HU-16 Albatross center panel. Have picture of the lighted overlay panel that would attach to the front of the panel.

IMHO that's not the panel. The HU-16 panel was pressed plate while the requested one didn't. But I agree .. it is quite similar.

That is super close, and it just may be it. I had come across it in my searches but there are some variations between the two.
