Ar 234 landing
But only one letter A is clearly visible there

Yes. But it is the plane of the Stab of the KG76 unit. The individual letter is of the blue what means that the full code should be AA where the "blue A" is the aircraft individual letter and then the "black A" what indicated the Stab of the Regiment (the KG 76, code F1 in the case). Because all knew the blue letter meant the KG Stab and the aircraft was the KG commander's mount, the black one could be omitted. BTW ... the Sqaudron Stabs of a Regiment had the individual letter of the green.

Here a couple of shots more ...

Can you give me information on this plane?

Ладно. Не волнуйтесь. Просто помните, что не все участники форума умеют говорить/читать и писать по-русски.
Do you have any photos of the Arado in night color?

You don't happen to know. Were the spots in the form of RLM-76 triangles applied at the factory? Or were these stains individually applied?

What does the number 13 mean (F1+AA)

What does the number 13 mean (F1+AA)

A couple of resources say the "13" reffers to the two last digits of the werk nummer. But im opinion the plane was a part of the pre-series batch of the B-2 bomber ( marked as S1 to S20). So it is the S13 which was sent to the KG76 with a couple of other the pre-series kites.

BTW ...
I have enlarged one of the known pics of the F1+AA and made it more clean ... the second "A" letter can be noticed.

According to a couple of books the RLM 76 camo spots were applied by the maintence crew to inform that the engine was replaced and was not the orginal factory mounted.

Very often, under the Arado cockpit, you can replace the letter, for example, with "G" or "A", like the F1+AD aircraft, did the F1+AA have it too?

Have you seen a such repeated letter anywhere under the cockpit?

BTW I edited my post above and added the info on the RLM76 camo spots on the engine cowling.
