Shown here is Lancaster B.Mk.I, PH-7, (NX565) of No.12 Sqd, based at Wickenby in 1945. This is another of the so-called Lanc B.Mk.I (B.Mk.VII Interim) aircraft buit by Austin Motors. Fifty of these aircraft were built but were designated B.Mk.I on entering service.
