Contender for the title of the war's most grotesque aircraft, the Blohm und Voss Bv 141 reconnaisance aircraft suffered endless difficulties and was abandoned in 1942 before entering production. It was dropped in favour of the Focke-Wulf Fw 189 Uhu.
