This photo is on the wrong side... The nose must be regarding to the left. The clue is the pitot tube that was at the tip of the left wing. For this plane, although it is Messerschmitt plane, the prefix must be "Bf" for Bayerische Flugzeugbau. Bf became Messerschmitt-AG (or GmbH) only in 1939... So that, we have Bf 108, Bf 109, Bf 110 and Bf 163 (not to be confused with Me 163 Komet). Then Me 209, Me 210, Me 309, etc.
