Shown here is one of twenty Havoc Mk.I night fighters of No.93 Sqd based at Middle Wallop, and equipped to carry forward-sideways AI radar and small aerial mines in the bomb-bay, to be dropped in the path of hostile bombers. The unit was disbanded in November 1941.
