Here are a couple of about a dozen I have of these aluminum strips with various marking in altitude and type of bomb. I have them I believe for 500, 1000 and 2000 lbs. the go into some kind of instrument for calculating bomb drop? Part of a drift meter? Not sure but hopefully someone knows.

You are absolutely correct but I know it was acquired either taking salvaged planes apart or in an airplanes tool kit. Given how thin it is seems to reduce weight etc...no other markings on the other side and it's about foot and half long.

Thank you. But I am trying to locate manufacturer or what plane(if carried) it was apart of.

Anyone know what where this tool might have come from? I think it was with the airplanes onboard tools. But not sure what plane it could be. Numbers and such are on the side. Thanks James

Does anyone have any idea how much a p-51 spinner would be worth?

I couldn't tell you exactly how it was acquired. Was in my late fathers collection.

I took more pics not much more to see except a mark on the inside panel. Also it is 17 7/8 long by 16 inches high
