Many thanks for your interest gents and the kind comments. As you will see, I have a wheel on. It may be that it is only on the wing without the body, but she is now 'one legged'.

One wheel attached but as yet no retraction gear and there are a few other bits to be added before this one leg is complete.

In the wheel well I've also added a little extra scratch detail just for the fun of it.

Here we have the assembly attached to the wing.

All being good, more will follow tomorrow.

Many thanks for the kind words gents. I've been fiddling with that shelf behind the pilot where the radio bits go with bits of fiddly wiring and such.

The end result.

As it looks with the fuselage temporarily attached. The full cockpit view.

The beast trying out its possible new home. I may have to do a bit of shuffling.
