I think that was the second kit I built when I got back into modelling

I did the 1/48 Monogram F-100 when I got back into plastic in the 80s. My very first model plane at 12 or so was the circa 1962 1/48 Monogram Me-109E in shiny black n dark green plastic.....stood about a foot too tall on those stilts Monogram molded as gear legs!

Decals came in the mail today, looks like I am doing a swastika free Hungarian bird, Black 6.
