Hi folks,
Here's another subject that caught my interest...
The details are quite good for the scale. Only a few added details were considered for the build;
1) A hinge for the Autocar's fifth wheel, so the fuel trailer can sit properly when mounted;
2) Side mirrors for the Autocar and the Bomb Truck;
3) Used a WAVE clear part for the Cushman tail light;
4) Turned the front wheels and the for the vehicles;
Aftermarket detailing parts are available from Eduard and Brengun, which is for the more dedicated modelers.
Painting was done with Mr Color acrylic paints and weathering was done with Tamiya Panel Accent Colors and Mr Hobby Pastels.
Another wonderful soft body set of vehicles from Airfix to help give scale to any WW2 aircraft build modelers out there and to give kudos to the support crews on the ground in theaters of operation.
Keep building, stay inside and be safe everyone...
