1/72 Bristol 138A by NOVO (originally a FROG tooling)

Finished. Took a lot more work than I was expecting, there's 3 finishes. Wing topside is gloss black, cowling is metallic natural metal finish and silver dope on the rest of the airframe is matt. The control surfaces are individually painted in slight variations of black or silver.

I think I have one of those in my stash - have always wondered what it was supposed to look like. Now I know...;)
Great job.
Easy kit to assemble but the Novo version had some horrible sinkholes. I don't know what a proper FROG kit would be like.

I have a hankering for buying another kit building it with retractable under carriage, a RR Merlin and painting it blue as an RAF spyplane.
