To be honest I'm not sure which one would be better. The Dragon kit has been known for many years. The HobbyBoss one was realeased in 2015/2016 under the brand. The Tristar released it in 2007 what means it is older than the Dragon one that appeared in 2010. IMHO both of them seems to be sets of the same level. So the main aspect for buying or not seems to be the price.

Regarding the correct colour of the "13" .. I haven't found any pics of a such marked vehicle. Therefore it is very difficult to decide which colour should be.. Because it is a late Flakpanzer 38(t) I would follow the black number rather than the red one. However the red one seems to be more suitable for the 12th Panzer Div..
