Republic P-47D-2-RA Thunderbolt 42-22413 390th FS, 366th FG, 1st AF, Bluethenthal Field, Wilmington, NC; damaged on the 23rd of September 1943 while taxying at Wilmington.
 
Republic P-47D-2-RA 42-22513 328th FS (PE-R), 352nd FG, 8th AF, RAF Bodney, USAAF Station 141, Norfolk, UK; "Ilene"; accident on the 23rd of September 1943 during landing at Bodney. Pilot survived, aircraft was repaired but declared war weary; 366th FS, 358th FG, 9th AF; Mannheim/Sandhofen (Y-79), Germany; accident on the 8th of June 1945 during landing at Mannheim.
 
Republic P-47D-3-RA Thunderbolt 42-22613 39th FS, 35th FG, 5th AF, Nadzab, Morobe, New Guinea; accident on the 20th of December 1943 during landing and was destroyed at Nadzab #1, Morobe. Pilot survived, but aircraft was destroyed.
 
Republic P-47D-11-RA Thunderbolt 42-23013 516th Fighter-Bomber Squadron, 407th Fighter-Bomber Group, AFs School of Applied Tactics, Galveston Field, TX; crash landed on the 16th of March 1944 with fuel exhaustion at Herkimer, KS.
 
Republic P-47D-11-RA Thunderbolt 42-23113 301st Airdrome Service Squadron, 8th Service Group, 5th AF, Nadzab, Morobe, New Guinea; force landed on the 17th of November 1944 with mechanical failure at Nadzab #1, Morobe, New Guinea. Pilot survived, aircraft badly damaged, unknown if repaired.
