It is not the Su-25 but the Su-7BKL. She is exhibited by the Musee du Chateau de Savigny in Savigny-les-Beaune Chateau, France.
Here her appearance in 1991 at the Mierzęcice airbase where she was waiting either for scrapping or selling.
