Levasseur 45 does not exist.

The picture shows a Levasseur PL-4 or PL-8 "marine" airplane.

These planes could not be "transformed" into floatplanes. In fact, their fuselage was designed like a boat hull and they could land in water as is. Of course, they were unable to take off again...

The Levasseur PL-8 "Oiseau Blanc" (White Bird) was the plane of Nungesser and Coli, during their dramatic attempt to cross the North Atlantic in 1927, a few days before Lindbergh.
