Sikorsky UH-60A has been sold and being produced worldwide, including former Warsaw Pact countries and China(PRC), and it is also almost 50 years old now, whose tech has being out of date.
Furthermore, the government tech documents of UH-60A has being out of secret-keeping period as time goes by.

UH-60A early varient every system maintenance manual(AMM), including wiring diagram(WDM), and structural repair manual(SRM).
WDM were TM-1-1520-237-23-2 to TM-1-1520-237-23-5, which were wriring troubleshooting manuals.
SRM was TM-1-1520-237-23-6.
TM-1-1520-237-23-1 to TM-1-1520-237-23-9 were from liberatedmanuals, which is a fantastic public website about government released manuals.
For all of the systems TM-1-1520-23-1 to TM-1-1520-23-9 not mentioned, other public free manuals from google book(TM-55-1520-237-23-5 and TM-55-1520-237-23-6) focused on all the systems remained for UH-60A.
