If they can't understand the difference between a fighter aircraft and an attack aircraft, I hold out little hope for their competence to present a factual and accurate presentation.
What a mess.
The thing was unlikely ever going to make an effective carrier aircraft--too large and full of bugs. View from the cockpit was unsat, etc. A friend in the naval aviation requirements office said Big Navy was determined to keep up with Big AF, worshiping at the Stealth Altar. He (and others) insisted "We should get as much stealth as possible without degrading mission capability." IIRC the whole flail was in court for about 22 years before settlement.
