A problem with displaying pics

When I post a photo the screen pops up to the top of the page and I have to scroll down to post another photo

Geo .. do you upload the pic to a post or sent the post with uploaded image?

You have to wait a little. Then it goes back to the uploaded picture. Its a slight change begore it was grayed out while uploading.

I did some updates etc and checked things on the backend.

Had to refresh's post on my photo thread again today so seemingly not completely.

I upload a lot. No issue besides post #24 and that when posted, the screen screen does not go to the new post but the one before that.
