Post war censorship is a reality but I think most, if not all, of Caiden's work was post censorship.

Another issue in the 1945-1960 period (depending on the country) was official histories that were written by the service involved and "adjusted" facts to fit their narrative, pump up their importance, and to hide any crimes or deficiencies. The exception there was the official British war histories which were written by trained professional historians using official records.

Honestly in my experience it's overwhelmingly the 50+ folk who get baited by AI. No offense intended to anyone.

YouTube videos listing worst and best all are crap, whether or not AI is involved. Web page Maddox has a good article entitled 11 Sexy Girls with Star Wars tattoos you don't have the rights to publish. This predates AI on the internet, but it describes much of the problem nicely.
