Airfix 1/72 Hudson Bomber

Here is another oldie I done for the Bomber command group Build, This an old tooling kit of the 1963 release of the Airfix Hudson Bomber. This kit in a way is sentimental for me the Hudson was the first Airfix kit I built When Airfix came to America in 1963 along with Airlines and Frog kits. These kit for that time were the best I have seen and built all though they are obsolete compared what is out there today. In my younger days when Lindberg Monogram Revell Aurora Ringo and ITC were the only mainstay in plastic but when Airfix came to view it was a better and different world we were very happy to see these new kits across the pond they all got a wonderful greeting. Here is My Hudson Bomber.

Geo, Classic Airframes did a couple of 1/48th scale Hudson kits, but they go for silly money these days.
