Russia had announced that terrorist acts would not be investigated when thy were planning to blow the ZNPP (or the dam). Could that Russian law be extended to the downing of a Hero of Russia? I'm not familiar with Russian law but in fairness, neither are they.

Interesting too when you see how far behind their chip designs were. Although they were designing SOC sets and the like the process
was still on 28 nanometer when the rest of the industry is heading for three.

TSMC was to be the manufacturer of the chips but the Taiwanese government put sanctions on in 2022 so there was nowhere to go as Russia
doesn't seem to have an actual chip manufacturing capability no matter what designers come up with.
