Without bothering to think it through, I'd love to see a lot of Ukrainian percussion added to the 9 May celebration. I'm well aware there will be top tier international collaborators present.

It will be interesting to see how many of Putins Allies turn up, should the parade go ahead.

The big question is how do you think that might have happened? Not that easy at all. The only way the war will stop is if either Ukraine surrenders, which most certainly will not end the fighting, or if Putin withdraws Russian troops from Ukrainian territory, so if these things don't happen, this war will continue. The current and previous US administrations, with all their promise and bluster is/were powerless to end it of their own accord.
 
And that was the problem. 46 should've acted in concordance with the Minsk and Budapest treaties and provided more materiel sooner. As the other signatory nations should have done. Effective sanctions instituted sooner. Freezing of Russian assets sooner. It would've been scary but Putin would have been quaking in his boots. I have other thoughts but I don't want to be banned from The Forum.
