Those SAAB 340 AEW&C had better be well protected. They'll be priority targets for Russian espionage, drone and air force ops and missile strikes.

Russia would do well to avoid targeting a Swedish military aircraft, even if "accidental".

While Finland taught the Soviets about FAFO, a large swath of current Russia proper once belonged to Sweden - they may come back and reclaim lost land if provoked...

I knew that Sweden was delivering several units to the UAF, but they and other NATO air forces have been active in monitoring and providing real-time Intel to Ukraine.

Here's a snapshot of NATO activity from the area taken on 11 April 25:

From NATO or international air space. Any shooting there won't be let by.

It is not true. You tried to lecture me about the ways Ukrainian surnames can be transformed. I know perfectly HOW Ukrainian surnames can be changed - I do not need this information at all. And I didn't argued with the thesis that Ukrainian surnames could be changed (and WERE changed). I argued only with the thesis that only addition of one letter - namely "-v" ending - can be helpful to fool somebody in the USSR in order to hide the Ukrainian origin. You responded not to my objection, but to what you made up to yourself as my objection.
