I'd be willing to bet that that Muskboy doesn't need any FSB leverage in order to require his support of Putinist Russia. Musk rather likes non-billionaires being beaten down. Probably cool with wedging his way into the oligarchy as well without any kompromat pushing him into it. FSB likes that too, they get to hang onto dirt.
