One could say the constant hunt for SAM and RADAR systems start to pay off so their drones are detected very late if at all.
Or Ukrainian Partisans offer free Vodka to Sam/Radar operators so they are drunk/sleeping while the drones do their job.

Either works though I actually hope its the former as this opens up lots more opportunities.
