Got to love the competence of the Russian political propaganda machine. Putin apparently visited Kherson. Dmitry "Baghdad Bob" Peskov says this visit happened on 17 April but, in the video, Putin is clearly heard stating that the Easter holiday is coming up...but then the video was edited and those words were removed. Russian Orthodox Easter was on 16 April.

You really cannot trust a single word that comes out of Moscow's mouthpieces.

I just saw on France24 (the news crawl) that President Zelenskyy had visited Avdiivka today.
I doubt he used a body double or elevator shoes.
That guy has balls.

In 1995 the Italian Army received 120 German Leopard 1A5 turrets and mounted on Italian made Leopard 1A2. In 2008 the last Italian Leopard 1A5 were retired and stored.

Now some Italian Leopard 1A5 are being refurbished. Seems they may go somewhere soon.

Optics and surveillance systems are not cheap. They may seem form the distance, but are actually complex systems.
Obviously not expensive as a tank, but still orders of magnitude more expensive than the drone.
