Zelensky, Reznikov and Zaluzhny are checking the list.
Zelensky:
"Anti-tank weapons...done.
MLRS...done.
Tanks...done.
Patriot...done.
F-16...(almost) done.
F-35...
B-2...
CSG... General Zaluzhny, do you really need that? On the other hand, why not. Let me check with Kishida if they have berths available in Tokyo Bay."
Well, many of Russia's warships were built at the Black Sea Shipyard.

Once Ukraine has cleaned house, they may get back to building ships and this time, for themselves.

Tanks...done.
I wonder how many Leopard 2 tanks Ukraine really has received. The donor countries have reported numbers for public consumption, as of 22 April it's eighty-five Leo2s - but I hope the truth is higher.

All is going to plan. This would have been wrapped up long ago if it weren't for the large numbers of treasonous generals, scientists, journalists, etc., fouling things up.
Remember Field Marshal von Paulus?

He was obviously treasonous for his inability to take Stalingrad and lost the 6th Army in the process.

I almost feel bad for these commanders who fail their Imperious leaders and the simple tasks that are asked of them.

All Hitler wanted, was to sack Stalin's namesake but noooo, von Paulus made a mess of such a simple and straight-foreward plan...

Paulus was not a "Von".

In areas that aren't occupied, why not? The UK did so during WWII, and the US did so during the [American] Civil War, at least in areas not in rebellion.
Dura lex, sed lex...
The danger of concentrating too much power for a too long time - there is this risk, of course. There is a public discussion in Ukraine, but no easy solution. Legislation changes can be risky during the war.
