No, they won't be given to Ukraine, they'll make up for other Leo2 sent to Ukraine. Sending the Swiss tanks to Ukraine is explicitely forbidden. The tanks will be sold to Rheinmetall to refurbish them. I assume they will be sent to the Czechs whose Leo2 may have been diverted to Ukraine and probably 1-2 other countries.
