The link does say they have been in bankruptcy sense 2018, so they didn't go bankrupt during the "special military operation", but I know what you mean, hard to believe they can't make money during a shooting war.

I suspect that everything there was plundered and sold. And now all that's left is for sale too. War or not war, it's typical Russian business practices.

Ukraine doesn't reveal its military losses and the last official disclosure was made by General Zaluzhny in August 2022 when he mentioned "almost 10,000 KIA" in his public speech.
Master Sgt Markus was given permission to disclose the percentage of losses of his 47th Brigade during the current offensive in the South. According to him, KIA+MIA were 2% of the total brigade personnel in one month. (Hopefully, some missed in action could survive). The current number of personnel in 47th is unknown, brigades of that type in 2022 usually had about 3,000 men.
