That tank needs to be completely rebuilt but should then look shiny as new.
I am amazed at how mechanically robust Russian tanks are. As long as they don't suffer a penetrating hit and pop their turrets, Russia tanks seem to be able to be taken out of longterm storage, fluids changed, bearings greased and off you go.

Another General bites the dust (well has been removed)

Yet another high-profile general was purged in Russia today as Vladimir Putin's defence minister continues to root out anyone viewed as having betrayed the Kremlin.
Paratrooper commander Major-General Vladimir Seliverstov, 49, is the eighth member of the country's top brass to be fired, suspended, detained or vanished in recent months.
Seliverstov is one of Russia's youngest and most ruthless generals who headed the 106th Airborne Division operating in the meat-grinder around Bakhmut where Ukraine is now advancing. Even the support of Putin's former bodyguard Alexei Dyumin, governor of the Tula region and possible anointed son as Kremlin successor, failed to save the general, according to reports.

Thats because that all it is a gun an engine and armour. You think any and i mean any more advanced electronic device would survive? . Mind you this is russian build. It is not that good to begin with and now it has to play OceanGate's Titan in a shollow depth.
It still a tank that can run but very blind and deaf.

But the Asian nation, a growing arms exporter, hasn't provided weapons to Ukraine in line with its long-standing policy of not supplying arms to countries actively engaged in conflict.
Hmmm…interesting argument…I wonder where Sth Korea would be if the rest of the world had adopted the same mentality over the last 70 odd years?

Nothing by Priest applies to Putin.

I'd say "Screaming for Vengeance" and "Metal Gods" would apply to Ukraine, to be honest.

Oh, you know he's going full batshit on these guys, and yes, in that sense "Screaming for Vengeance" is in play. Putin wants vengeance against anyone standing in his way. In the context of Russian generals, in this conversation, I think it's purt' good,

The problem is, Ukraine is metal AF, Russia is "yakkity sax" (Benny Hill theme song).

Honestly, nothing Halford & Co. wrote/performed could possibly apply to Putlerland.

I think we're talking past each other. If you don't think Putin wants vengeance against those who have crossed him, I don't know what to say. That was my point. After the march on Moscow, if you think Putin is not looking to chop heads -- screaming for vengeance -- I'd disagree. Read those lyrics from the POV of Putin looking at internal suspects.. Make more sense?

My point is, Putin doesn't deserve any connection to metal.

Maybe Tears for Fears, Taylor Swift, Backstreet Boys and such.

And if you follow the "Screaming for Vengeance" lyrics, it fits Ukraine to a tee (which is why I also tossed in the "Metals God's" reference).

But my base-line point is Putin doesn't deserve anything metal - maybe Carrie Underwood, Justin Timberlake or maybe Taylor Swift (in addition to the above mentioned).

Maybe he's running with the skyrockets in flight phrase of Afternoon Delight ?:yuck::hungover::hurting:

Ukrainian counterbattery fire looks like pretty effective in eroding russian tube advantage:

Honestly I don't believe anything from either side, Russia was a torturer of prisoners but then the 2000 prisoners of the Azov battalion arrived safe and sound from Turkey where they had been sent, months before from Kiev they said they were being tortured showing images and everything...
