One of the terrible things is that they extend the conscription to the occupied territories. Residents of the so-called DNR/LNR (occupied parts of Ukraine's Donetsk and Luhansk regions) were used by the Kremlin as cannon fodder in the first phase of the invasion. There were two Army Corps, with about 50-55K personnel in total. Gone completely in 2022-2023.

Seems a bit optimistic the report. I can see a Mi-8 (most probably Mi-17) heavily damaged but the Mi-28 (not Ka-52) only with minor damaged, albeit I don't know how extensive could be the repairs needed for frontline service again.

Are there more vida of the damaged?
The Mi-28 has lots of holes all over it. Given how much is packed into an airframe these days I'd be very surprised if that takes to the air again any time soon. Especially with current Russian production issues.
