Yeah should have been cats and dogs. And Norwegian Blue obviously.
Pliticians. He would never admit liking a specific breed as in a Norwegian Blue - he may be seen to be parroting someone else.

There was one colony of Pliticians in my country. Well let me say this i had to wash my car 3 times a week.
Just screaming and shitting the place up and then leave.

Now the norwegian blue has a lovely plumage. Never seen one but my grand pops, a lumber jacker had.

Think there is a clip on youtube of him

Fine looking fellow, be it a bit odd

Found a picture of him given by grand mama to me.

Definitely dogs. Dogs provide unconditional love. Cats demand attention and make you their slaves.

To your dog, you're a friend. To your cat, you're service.

And receive only a one star review.

About ten years ago, my country neighbor had an outside cat, the only cat I really loved. I bribed the cat with tuna and then after some time he would come up to the porch on my trailer at night, while I was out surfing the internet, and use my legs as scratching-posts. I understood mos' rickey-tick this was his way of giving some love back. I named him Hot Sauce, because that's what his claws felt like on my legs, like hot sauce on your tongue, tingly, painful, and tickly all at the same time.

Other than that, can't say I care for cats at all.

Dimlee, I will be 81 this year and have spent my life with Ukrainians here in Canada. I went to high school with Ukrainian kids, served in the army (a Highland regiment!) with Ukrainians, and chuckle when I remember the court battle of Bill Konyk, when he decided to call his restaurant Hunky Bill's almost 6 decades ago and people complained that this was a derogatory name for Ukrainians. The BC Supreme court decided that he had been Hunky Bill since childhood and he could name the restaurant after himself. Bill is gone now, but the family still carries on. Ukrainians are an important part of Canada. Of course we will support Ukraine.

macharvard

, thank you and all Canadians!

ST. PETERSBURG, Russia (AP) — Russia's economy is "on the brink of going into a recession," the country's economy minister said Thursday, according to Russian media reports.

Economy Minister Maxim Reshetnikov delivered the warning at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, the annual event in Russia's second largest city designed to highlight the country's economic prowess and court foreign investors.

Russian business news outlet RBC quoted the official as saying "the numbers indicate cooling, but all our numbers are (like) a rearview mirror. Judging by the way businesses currently feel and the indicators, we are already, it seems to me, on the brink of going into a recession."

The economy, hit with a slew of sanctions after the Kremlin sent troops into Ukraine in February 2022, has so far outperformed predictions. High defense spending has propelled growth and kept unemployment low despite fueling inflation. At the same time, wages have gone up to keep pace with inflation, leaving many workers better off.

Large recruiting bonuses for military enlistees and death benefits for those killed in Ukraine also have put more income into the country's poorer regions. But over the long term, inflation and a lack of foreign investments remain threats to the economy, leaving a question mark over how long the militarized economy can keep going.

Glide bomb is a scourge of the frontline areas.
Probably, a decisive step in the resolution of the problem.

Totally true.

However cats are lower maintenance than dogs. I don't need to walk my cat out twice a day, just clean his cat litter. Don't even need to check if its clean or not, he complains after every use.
