A former member of my gunclub was serving with the Army NBC Defense School that was locally stationed.
Before Desert Storm because of the chemical menace, he was sent as part of a detachment of the school to refresh the training our our troops in situ.
To their horror, they discovered that many had not even had a lecture about it or had all forgotten.
