I'm seeing at least three tugs towing. Looks like another Potemkin village to me. I guess their "carrier" gave up the ghost then, with that many tugs available.

Last I read, Kuznetsov was going to be scrapped, as 'carriers are no longer relevant', which Russia-speak for 'we can't actually run a single carrier, without it breaking down/catching fire/having cranes fall on it/generally being a (more-or-less) floating POS' ........
