Refineries are nodes. Attacking them should be more efficient, no? I think that would be easier than attacking bridges or marshaling yards, though the latter are more vulnerable and tempting. I'd still prefer attacking their production. If it is not distilled, it cannot be shipped no matter how intact your rail system is.
Also, in the refineries, there are expensive equipment pieces that are difficult to ship and install and (probably) hard to obtain in foreign markets.

ERAM is interesting. Supersonic, long-range, multipurpose. Successfully tested against hypersonic targets. Hopefully, radars and launchers will be available.
