That looks suspiciously like a civil truck with a Hiab crane and civil equipment to me. I very much doubt that the Ukranians are painting mil equipment in colours that stand out like the proverbial dogs parts.

The taller structure (foreward) does look like some sort of optical device, but the rear structure with a "beam" looks nothing like an APKWS launcher, which is rather long and has a square-sided shape to the body.

It looks to like a raw 3D resin model. After watching the engine room thread progress, this looks very similar.
