Just watched a vid at funker where a squad of Russians tried to seize a Ukrainian position and the thermal imaging drones picked the Russians off one by one.

Those Russian cloaks of invisibility were working great, except for their legs, feet, hands and face...

More seriously, It might imply that Putin is starting to feel as if he needs a ceasefire as this is possibly the best situation militarily, he is likely to get. With his recent actions Putin does seem to be feeling the pain, both politically and economically.
