Which is why we are on diesel rationing already and petrol (gas) in the lower third of Queensland is at $2.13/l (about $8.50 per US gallon straight conversion or $6.00/gal with exchange rate factored in).

Finally able to do some actual finding out. The reserve was to be held in the US while proper facilities were built in Australia for
storage. That is what has been halted for some reason (maybe not a good one) so the reserve is still being held, not sold off
but not a lot of use in the near future either.

In the last 24 hours one Greek registered oil tanker carrying a million barrels turned off it's identifier thingy and went through the straits
of Hormuz before turning it's system back on once it was off the coast of India. It seems there wasn't anything to stop it anyway.

I wonder were they insured. War risk was problematic in the last two weeks. But if she is also Greek owned/operated, I'd say this is typical Hellenic audacity like in good old days of Onassis and others of his kind.

I think that 700+ is a realistic number of Ukrainian mid/long range launches per day. In one of the recent interviews, CEO of Firepoint ("Flamingo" producer) claimed to have production rates of 200 drones per day with capacity to increase to 300-400 per day. Probably of both types, FP-1 and FP-2.
