Why hasn't Ukraine blown up Russia's pipelines through its territory?
The pipelines are Ukrainian, of course, not Russian.
It was a friendly gesture towards the EU that allowed countries dependent on Russian supply to find new sources.
The gas transportation contract was honoured until it expired in Dec 2024.
The crude oil transportation contract is still valid, but the infrastructure was critically damaged by the Russian strike at the end of January, so the flow stopped. And Hungary and Slovakia blamed Ukraine - of course.
