It is not hard to find a list of sanctioned ships on line and which ones are not sanctioned by the US - even tho that means comparing other lists with the US lists.
And I consider videos by people like Ryan and Petreus and other high ranking allied military officers very informative.

"20 people killed one day. They wrote 10 and, after some time, gradually added another 10."
It reminds me of the discussions from other sections of this forum... Future historians will argue, and someone will say: "Wait, but they could not hide their losses, could they?"
