Orban does happen to be a rather common name in that region.
 
It seems to me that Putin has, since 2022, attempted to eliminate the the ethnic Ukrainian people. The civilians are the easiest targets.

I call piles of BS. Denial to the enemy is not liberation. There's no way to get Ukrainian boots onto Crimea until all of Kherson Oblast is liberated. And as it stands, across all fronts Ukraine has liberated perhaps five to six hundred Km2 in 2026; so all of Kherson is a hard ask.
