I can understand peoples caution, but Europe has experience in these fields and there is nothing like being in a shooting war to concentrate the mind. If five years ago you had outlined half of what Ukraine has achieved, no one would have believed you.

I remain cautious, but believe that they may well achieve something.

It's well and good to hitting Russian-held territory and Russia proper with missiles and drones, but will this eventually lead to Ukrainian liberation of the likes of Crimea and Mariupol? That takes boots on the ground, and I'm not sure the missile and drone campaign will lead to that. It's definitely degrading Russia's offensive capability, reducing the risk of further territory loss.
