The Ukrainians have been training with the Royal Navy and others, but I suspect that they are bound to remain neutral as long as they are guests of RN Portsmouth.

Putin must be tempted to hit back with a tactical nuke by now, namely the 9K720 Iskander-M. If a rogue government in Cuba, Venezuela or Afghanistan launched missile and drone attacks on Washington DC I think Trump would be looking at the B61 tactical bomb. Putin's capital is under direct bombardment, if not now, what's the point of Russia having tactical-level nuclear weapons? A single Iskander-M tactical nuclear missile yields about 5 to 50 kilotonnes of TNT. Despite all the naysayers below, with a million dead and wounded Russian men and now Ukraine freely bombing Moscow while the Russian people record and likely smirk at their hapless leader, it's really the only way Putin can double-down on this war.
